Two lists for the South Florida territory: accounts that have never ordered (activation) and accounts that have not ordered in 90 days (win-back). County is matched on any address on file — primary or ships-to — so accounts that bill out-of-area but ship to a local clinic are captured and flagged.

Coverage & Method
County match is inclusive of all addresses. An account counts if its primary (default) address or any ships-to address falls in the county. The Ships-to flag marks accounts whose billing/default is elsewhere (a home, an out-of-state HQ) but who receive shipments at a local clinic — this is what recovered the additional accounts.
Order recency is from the Nabu CRM, reconciled against live Shopify — nine recent buyers whose CRM record hadn't synced were caught and moved to active. The lapsed cutoff is 2026-03-31.
The lapsed list is reliable — buyers are essentially fully addressed. Never-ordered leads are only locatable with an address on file; roughly 7,800 addressless zero-order leads carry no location signal anywhere and can't be geo-targeted, so Report 1 is a floor, not a ceiling.
Excluded as internal / non-ecosystem: Path Peptides, Friends & Family Path, PTH Ventures (×2), and one test account. Definitions are mutually exclusive — Never / Lapsed / Active never overlap.
